MTV News has learned the 2018 premiere of The Hair Transplanters, a series starring Zane hair, will be titled Zane Hairs.
The show is described as a new look at Zane’s history and what he did to become the best man at the wedding of his mother and the bride.
“The Hair Transfer Show” is set to debut on October 20 on MTV.
The Hair Transfer, which premiered in 2018 and is based on the new Zane book, is a comedy-drama that takes a look at how Zane transitioned from a man in a marriage with a woman who was only six months pregnant to a man with a child and a wife, in a story that takes place in New York City and in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas.
The series follows Zane and his wife, who are the only people in the country who don’t have their hair transplant.
Zane was one of the most famous men in New England when he married his mother-in-law in 1955 and was the first groomed man to be elected to Congress.
The wedding took place in a town where Zane, who had never been married, was known as the “Old Man” for his hair.
Zanes life changed forever when he was forced to leave the town where he grew up and marry his wife’s mother- in-law.
He had a baby girl, Lillian, and moved to Dallas, where he found work as a busboy and eventually became a bus driver.
The Marriage of Zane & Lillian (2018) premieres October 20 at 9 p.m.
ET on MTV, and it stars Zachary Quinto, Adam Scott, Josh Hartnett, Matt Nix, Josh Horowitz, Jason Ritter, and Kelly Clarkson.
The show, which will also feature guest appearances by Zane himself, was created by Nick Zane for MTV and is produced by Zander Music Group.
It is executive produced by Jason Scott, Matt Frewer, Michael Kranish, and Zachary Zane.
Zander’s father-in and brother-in law, Zane is also the producer for The Hair Trunk.
MTV has yet to comment.
