Hair transplants are now being carried out in the US, but many patients do not receive a transplant in time.
The problem, in a nutshell, is that the transplant requires a lot of blood, and the risk of complications from the transfusion is high.
There is now a new treatment for this.
A team of researchers in the UK has discovered a way to safely use blood from a patient’s own bone marrow.
The researchers used a type of stem cell called fibroblasts, which can grow into new blood vessels, and injected them into patients who were in need of a hair replacement.
“We were able to use fibroblast cells from patients to replace blood vessels in the scalp and forearm,” said Professor James Whitehead from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
This has been proven to be safe, and has been shown to be as safe as the stem cell therapy, in which the blood is injected into the skin and then left to regenerate the tissue.
The team’s method is a step towards making it easier to donate blood, but they also hope it will lead to a wider range of treatments.
The team is now working on ways to grow these stem cells in other tissues, which could also be used to treat other conditions.
While they have not yet used this technique to treat hair loss, it will be used in the future to treat patients with multiple hair loss.
“The team are now working to use this technology to regenerate hair from scalp, forearm, and other areas, which would help patients with hair loss who are currently at high risk of infection,” Dr Whitehead told The Telegraph.
